Overview

TBST 1x Working Solution, 4 L Bulk Pack - TBST 1x Bulk Pack is a convenience extension of the existing GMExpression TBST 10x stock. It is designed for high-throughput ELISA and immunoassay laboratories where wash buffer is consumed in litre volumes and on-site dilution becomes a recurrent handling burden.

The 4 L format supports plate washer reservoirs and reduces dilution error, pH drift, and lot-to-lot variation in wash stringency.

Instruction

1Connect or pour into the plate-washer reservoir using clean technique.
2Use directly without dilution.
3For Western blot washing, use the same wash times and volumes as the validated in-house TBST protocol.
4Discard used wash buffer according to institutional biological and chemical waste procedures.

Note

  • Tween 20 concentration can be aligned to customer protocols at 0.05% or 0.1% during order configuration.

Cautions

Caution. Do not use TBST for live-cell culture or metal-sensitive biochemical assays.
Caution. Surfactant-containing buffers may interfere with some downstream protein quantification methods.

Storage and Expiry · Safety

  • Store at room temperature or 2-8 deg C.
  • After opening, use within 4 weeks if aseptic connection is not maintained.
  • Transport. Ships at ambient temperature; no cold chain required. Protect from freezing and from temperatures above 40 deg C.
  • Handling and PPE. Wear a laboratory coat, nitrile gloves, and safety glasses for routine handling. The formulated buffer presents no significant hazard under normal use; avoid ingestion and eye contact. Consult the Safety Data Sheet before use.
