Tris/Glycine Buffer is commonly used for western blots or as a running buffer for native protein gel electrophoresis.
- For SDS PAGE gel semi-dry blotting, adding 20% methanol is optional.
Prepared with Million-Q water, 0.2 μm filtered, stored at 4°C.
Preparation
Dissolve 1 volume of Tris-Glycine Buffer 10X stock in 9 volumes of million-Q water, and use directly.
