Mycoplasma Growth Supplement is used in broth and agar media to culture mycoplasma species. The 10x solution is an ingredient in ATCC Medium 988 (Spiroplasma SP-4 Medium). It can also work with PPLO Broth for general Mycoplasma culturing.
