Agar substitute gelling agent for the production of gellan gel, a high water retention culture medium used for plant tissue and fast setting high elasticity bacterial culture media.

Caution
Strong acids and prolonged heating may cause the polysaccharide molecules to break down into oligosaccharides and lose their physical properties.
Preparation
*When using the autoclaving method, we recommend sterilization at 113 degrees for 25 minutes.
For the preparation of plant media with high water retention requirements and for bacteria culture media with multiple suspension spreading or bumpy incubation/storage conditions, we recommend the use of
