Gel DNA Recycling Kit is optimised for recovering up to 15 μg of DNA (70 bp–15 kb) from ≤ 500 mg of agarose gel (TAE or TBE). Typical yields are 70–85%. The dissolution buffer is iodine-free to preserve DNA integrity. Dual wash steps (Buffers GA and GB) minimise residual salts, yielding DNA ready for ligation, in vitro transcription, PCR, sequencing, or microinjection.
