Ofloxacin is an effective reagent for the elimination of various types of mycoplasma from contaminated cell cultures.
The typical treatment is recommended to use Ofloxacin at a concentration of 5 pmol/ml, this concentration may be increased to 10 pmol/ml only if the recommended concentration is not effective in eliminating mycoplasma.
Cautions
Stock requires storage at -20°C after the antibiotic has been configured into the solution.
